WARRANTY

Glazion warrants this product against defects in material and material quality only, for the
duration of the warranty period from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

  • Defects in the film material itself
  • Premature yellowing or discoloration caused by material failure
  • Delamination or adhesive failure attributable to material quality
  • Film cracking or bubbling caused by material defects

What Is NOT Covered

  • Defects or failures resulting from improper installation or application errors
  • Labour, installation, or removal costs of any kind
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or environmental factors
  • Damage from harsh chemicals or abrasive products not recommended for PPF
  • Any issue arising from incorrect surface preparation prior to installation
  • Film that has been cut, modified, or applied incorrectly

Warranty Registration — Required

To activate your warranty, you must register your product within 30 days of purchase using your order number at [warranty registration link]. Unregistered products are not eligible for warranty claims. Registration is mandatory and exists to verify purchase authenticity and protect against fraudulent claims.

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

Shipping costs are never included in the product price and are always calculated and charged separately at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Glazion is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been dispatched.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of
delivery. The following conditions apply:

  • Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Glazion does not cover or 
    reimburse return shipping costs under any circumstances.
    Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the product price is eligible
  • for refund upon successful return inspection.
    Opened boxes cannot be returned. Once the product packaging has been opened, the
  • item is no longer eligible for return. This policy exists to protect product integrity and item is no longer eligible for return. This policy exists to protect product integrity and prevent fraud. No exceptions will be made.
