Track Order

We understand how important it is to stay updated on your purchase. Our order tracking system allows you to easily monitor the status of your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Locate your Order Number and Email Address from your order confirmation email.
  2. Enter the required details on the Track Order page.
  3. Click the Track Order button to view the latest status of your shipment.

Order Status Updates

Your order may display one of the following statuses:

  • Order Confirmed – Your order has been successfully received.
  • Processing – We are preparing your order for shipment.
  • Shipped – Your package has been dispatched and is on its way.
  • Out for Delivery – Your order is with the delivery partner and will be delivered soon.
  • Delivered – Your package has been successfully delivered.
  • Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled.
  • Returned – The package has been returned to our warehouse.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email.
  • A tracking number.
  • A link to track your package with the courier service.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Unable to Track Your Order?

If you are experiencing difficulties tracking your order:

  • Verify that the order number and email address are entered correctly.
  • Allow sufficient time for tracking updates to appear.
  • Check your spam or junk folder for shipping notifications.
